Exchange Policy

 In most cases, we allow to exchange if the customer follow our terms & condition but it depends on the quantity you order and exchange, also, how often the customer ask for exchange.

 

Exchange policy:

Only ready stock is allowed to exchange (pre-order is treat as purchase on behalf, no exchange and no return is allow), and it can be change with our ready stock only.

 

1) Need to inform us within 3 days from date received (example received on 1st, latest inform us by 3rd), please email to inform which order no. which product code and reason, without this info did not serve as a valid notification

 

2) Need to return within 3 days (example received on 1st - return latest on 3rd) from date received.

 

3) Item is in original condition and no defect. (if due to quality problem, the item can only replace with the same item and same size only), shoes must have shoes box.

 

4) Need to get our permission before item return, if it has been return without our permission, please arrange your courier to collect back.

 

5) Those items changed is not allow to change again. When send back the item us, kindly make sure it is in original condition  where the plastic bag/other packing with the correct code. please writte the order no. & code number on the paper so that we can identify the item is from whom.

If we have agreed for exchange, kindly make a replacement order for the item you want and inform us that this new order is to replace with the old order.

 

Postage bear by whom:

A) Due to send wrong item - we will fully responsible if wrong item sent to customer. Included postage send to and from customer

 

B) Due to Defect - we will inspect all item before send out, anyway if there is still any defect you can email us together with the picture. Can only replace with the same item. Customer need to pay postage for item return to us, and we will bear for the postage for replacement to them. Customer might feel that it is very unfair to them but we are sorry to say that we also need to pay the postage to replace to them, we also do not want this thing to happen but our staff are human where they can also overlook. And our margin has not allowed us to cover both way postage. Just like you buy a shirt from a shop and notice have defect when you reach home, the shop owner will not pay you petrol or taxi fare.

 

C) Due to size not fit, color, measurement or design difference picture, do not like the item.... -All information/detail/picture of the products are given by suppliers as reference only, if customer want to change due to design/material/measurement is difference, we can allow you to change to other it if this is not pre-order item, but customer need to pay both way postage and follow our exchange policy.

收货后须马上查看,发现商品有质量问题须在3天内电邮通知,并详细告知您的订单号码/商品代号,和商品质量问题,便于本站核实。 只说问题而不告诉我们哪个订单号码和那一件商品(商品代码)将不视为给予通知。

确属质量问题的商品(请在商品有问题处用不干胶帖指示注明)须及时寄给我们,我们收到后查核属实将给予调换。如果未经过查核而擅自将商品寄回,本站将不负责任何赔偿或退换。

退换件寄出之前,请寄货人填写一张便条,其中注明订单号码,您的姓名,地址及联系电话。(请各位务必填写真实的姓名,地址和联络电话和退货原因。)资料不齐者则不做理会

 

 

质量问题定义: 
A)
面料有明显破洞 , 有明显污渍(需大于0.3cm  
B)
左右明显不对称(款式原因除外)。如裤管有大小, 有长短等。 
C)
拉链破损 
D)
套装尺码不配套

 

 

下列情况不接受退换货要求:

1)异味问题(有的面料会经过特殊处理可能会有一些异味,一般过水后会消除)

2)图片与实物有些偏差,下订前请先了解图片并非实照,而且拍摄过程会有颜色偏差

3)线头没处理干净,鞋子带点胶水

4)淡颜色面料上的微脏或一点染色(制作销售过程中可能会带上)

5)外贸商品缺少吊牌或吊牌被剪掉(外贸尾单很多是剪标的,请各位注意)

6)面料好坏或者透明程度等(每个人定义没有标准,无法确定好坏,请谅解)

7)超过换货期限或未在三天内通知网站客服自行寄回的商品

8)使用过的商品不能退换货

9)没有和本网客服人员联系并告知退换理由,善自寄回物品不予处理。

任何一款商品有质量问题调换时只可以调换相同款式的商品 。或者经过本网售后部门同意可更换其他款式(邮费由顾客承担)。

 

 

谁来负担退换货中间所产生的费用?

1)以下情况由本网承担再次发货运费:我们将您需要的商品颜色,尺码,款式发错。客人收到货后要求更换成正确的物品时。

2)以下情况由客人自己承担往返运费  
A
、下订单时填错信息,我们发出的商品与您的订单信息相符。但并非是您所需要的款式的尺码,颜色时,您要求更换正确的物品时。 
B
、收到物品后,发现不适合或者不喜欢,联系客服后并同意给您换合适的尺码及其他款式时。    
C
、收到物品后,感觉面料不是您想像的那样,想要更换其他款式时。(在质量问题定义中已经说明,这种情况不属于质量问题。因为面料的好与坏,透明度多少, 都很难以某个标准来衡量。)  

 

 

3)以下情况可以协商各自承担运费: 衣服出现严重的质量问题,应该一打开衣服就可以看到的大面积脏以及服装表面面料破损这类严重问题时,退换时可由双方分担往返运费。因为批发的利润是相 当之低,而每批产品肯定存在一定的瑕疵率,我们始终在尽力降低这个瑕疵率,当发生质量问题时,运费往往比产品的利润高出许多,我们所能承担的只是单程的运 费,希望各位能够理。

 

 

 

特别提醒 

补充说明:你可能难于理解,为什么质量问题还要你出运费,换个想法,你去市场批货,有质量问题也得你自己拿去换,厂家也不会给你报销交通费。我们的会员价格已是别的网站的批发价,批发质量问题换货运费为什么双方各负责一半?因为批发的利润是相当低,当发生质量问题时,运费往往比产品的利润高出许多,我们所能承担的只是单程的运费,望您能够理解,我们希望您能自行处理一些小问题,如小小的开线,可以清洗的污迹,有些小问题拿去裁缝那里几分钟几元钱就能搞定的,您完全可以自行处理。我们不能保证所有商品都100%没有问题,相信没有哪个厂家或公司能保证自己的商品100%无问题。
