 What is drop shipping agent?


 Agent help us to sell our product without keeping stock with markup price through their website or blog/ fb, their purchase price is 10% lower than shop price. We can either send to the agent or send to their customer directly.




How to apply as dropship agent:


1) Register at our website as normal member first.


2) Pay RM20 registration fee for dropship (one time charge for life) to our bank account


3) Email us the payment slip with your username at our website. (


4) We will inform you once upgrade to agent.


All order to pay within 3 days, if you have any order not pay after 3 days, please follow up with customer and inform us to cancel or ask for extend (must have specific date and not more than a week from date order). Failure to do so might cause your account black listed.


To be our agent you need to read and understand how our website work


a) able to handle your customer order, agree on our terms & condition (


b) able to place order at our website  


c) able to track and check with the courier by yourself.  ( )

Additional information:


1) No catalogue, the price and all product can be view at our website. Just copy and paste to your website/blog/Facebook.

2) Agent's price (10% below member price) is stated on the website. Example NN38318Z, member price is RM30 and agent price is RM27.

3) Stock, the stock level is written on the website, for example
  - Quantity: 2 (this means we still have 2 pcs ready stock)
  -*Quantity:  out of stock (this means we do not have ready stock)

 For item with size selection, you can try to add the size you want in shopping cart, if able to add means that particular size is with ready stock,


4) Pre-Order

If the item you want to purchase is out of stock, you can do pre-order and it will normally arrive 12 days after payment made (if order place after 5pm or Sat/Sunday, we will order from supplier on the following Monday)

Anyway, there are possibility where the item is out of stock and need to re-order, or supplier sent wrong/defect item, or may be flight delay or custom hold.

So please understand this before you make any order for pre-order item, we will refund the money if we still not able to get the item 10days after the payment made.

Pre-order is for those item with code start with N.

Please take note that pre-order item is buying on your behalf, no exchange/ return is allowed.

5) No minimum purchase amount.

6) Postage to West Malaysia

    - RM7 per shipment for Gdex

    - free for order with ready stock more than RM100 (included bag, shoes clothes and all other item)


Postage to Sabah Sarawak

postage for clothes below 2kg is RM9 (if more than that, the additional postage to be bear by customer),

other item (bag, shoes and others) is according to Poslaju actual postage, we will amend the postage after received your order.

7) You need to place order on our website, if you are not able to do so, normally the reason is you did not choose the country, state and location, all

4 column need to fill).

Pease fill in the name, address and phone of your customer as consignee detail, please do not fill in your customer email as system will send tracking number to them.


If you still not able to place order, just email us

a) your user ID and password 

b) Code of the item

c) customer name, contact number and address

we will help you to order for the first time and it should be very easy for the next order.

8) Just pay according to the order if your delivery is to West Malaysia. For East Malaysia just wait for our confirmation as the postage might need to change.

9) Once payment done, please inform us either leave message on the website, or via email/ SMS order no., amount bank in, which bank

10) For payment received before 2pm, will post on the same working day. Normally it takes about 1-2 working days to reach. Once posted, the system
will inform you tracking no. by email. As an agent, you need to know how to check the delivery status.

11) Please ensure the information in the order is correct before payment make, inform us if the order is not correct.
